Service Delivery Manager (Indoor)

Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager (Indoor) will oversee the end-to-end management of indoor mobile access projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality service for residential, B2B, or wholesale customers. This position requires coordination with managed service partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to design and implement indoor coverage and capacity solutions for various enterprise environments such as office buildings, hospitals, and event halls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage indoor service delivery projects from planning through execution and monitoring.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors; oversee contract and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Handle financial forecasting, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales) and external partners to meet customer needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Mitigate technical and operational challenges during project rollout.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the telecom industry, preferably focused on indoor service delivery or other mobile network projects and operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid knowledge of mobile telecom technologies (4G/5G), infrastructure, RF design, and equipment for indoor coverage solutions and capacity enhancement.
- Proven project management skills (end-to-end delivery).
- Customer-focused, analytical, problem-solving, and pragmatic mindset.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Financial acumen for budget control and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a complex environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Ericsson or similar telecom vendors.
- Innovative mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies.
- Dutch language skills.
