Mission Context:
The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project's objectives according to scope. The role involves overseeing projects separate from usual day-to-day business activities, requiring collaboration among a group of people to achieve specific objectives. The Project Manager will ensure the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and various interests are satisfied.
Function Description:
Within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, the Project Manager will work under the responsibility of the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment where service quality, regulatory compliance, and information systems security are top priorities. The role involves ensuring successful deliveries and aligning teams with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads.
- Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads, and technical teams.
- Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
- Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
Communication & Reporting:
- Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Education:
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
Certification:
- Agile Project Management
- Product Owner (if possible)
- Lean or Six Sigma Knowledge
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking
Required Experience / Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Technical Experience Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in project management and delivery management preferable.
- Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions.
Business Experience Mandatory:
- Experience in the banking sector preferable.
- Experience with banking operations teams (service centers, support lines, etc.).
