Mission Context:

The Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Responsibilities include investigating costs and benefits, designing detailed solutions, and defining data and process support.

Function Description:

• Preparation Phase:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
  • Ensure client understanding and adoption of enterprise rules and standards.
  • Work with architects to establish architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
  • Coordinate asset teams to ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• Elaboration Phase:
  • Develop functional elaboration of chosen solutions, translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
  • Align functional responsibilities with involved assets.
  • Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components.
  • Specify requirements with technical teams.
• Construction Phase:
  • Oversee development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
  • Provide technical definitions for supported components.
  • Support suppliers during development and integration testing.
  • Analyze defects during testing.
  • Assist release and deployment teams.
  • Provide support to operational entities and helpdesks post-installation.
  • Analyze production incidents and coordinate solutions.
  • Maintain documentation.

• Proficiency in English and at least one local language.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory technical experience
• Preferable functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems
• Mandatory business experience

• Preferable knowledge of banking and technical domain
