Process Analyst Sr. 

For a client, we are seeking a Process Analyst Sr. Currently, we are looking for a driven Process Manager to enhance our IT Asset Management capabilities. You will be at the forefront of transforming asset management processes through innovative solutions. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, identifying gaps and improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with our architectural standards. You will work closely with stakeholders from various parts of the organization, including system architects, the SAP team, and the ServiceNow team, to optimize our data model, streamline and automate workflows, and enhance process maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and guide stakeholders towards new efficient/automated processes compliant by design.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Document processes (in Visio) and maintain traceability of decisions and actions.
• Gather feedback.
• Support problem-solving initiatives, focusing on sound end-to-end processes.
• Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization across related processes (e.g., incident, change, request management).
• Perform root cause analyses and formulate remedial actions in case of issues.
• Contribute to change management activities.

Tools & Technologies

• JIRA, Confluence, Office 365: For collaboration and documentation.
• Visio: For process documentation.
• Nice to have: ServiceNow (core platform for asset and configuration management, integrated with multiple systems), TRAcIT (supporting tools for governance and compliance).

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Process Manager for Asset Management.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Dynamic, proactive, and result-driven.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new content and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to translate complex messages in a clear, simple way.
• Team player.
