Role Overview:

Within the Digital Business Solutions (IT) department, Unit 1 is responsible for managing customer interactions and field operations related to customer connections and grid maintenance. The role involves using Salesforce applications to support customer interactions such as meter opening and closing, handling customer requests and offers, claims, and information requests through various channels including phone, websites, and WhatsApp. Additionally, Salesforce is leveraged to support field operations for technicians, including work management, workforce management, planning, and post-intervention feedback using Field Service components on multiple devices (laptops, tablets, and smartphones via the FSL mobile app).

Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects and manage corrective and evolutive maintenance on current deployed applications (Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud).
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, technical analysts/developers, and partners involved in Salesforce project implementation or maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified Platform Developer I
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
  • Proven experience as Front & Back End / Fullstack Developer (3 years, Medior level)
  • Proven experience in Apex (3 years, Medior level)
  • Certified Application Architect
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified System Architect
  • Knowledge of React
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience in Utilities (Nice to have)

Work Environment:

The mission will be conducted in Time & Materials at our offices or through homeworking, following the client's rules (3 days per week on-site).
