For a client we are looking for a Java Technical Lead.

Mission:

The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for various aspects such as the development of application architecture proposals, development, technical expertise, and identification of solutions for the implementation of complex systems. You will be responsible for the implementation of the solution, code quality, technical consistency, performance and product deliveries. You will work in collaboration with functional and business analysts, testers, project manager and middleware specialists.

Main activities:

Design:
Create and update the software architecture document.
Develop the design and technical analysis based on the functional file.
Promote and apply good development practices: clean code, SOLID principles, DRY, etc.

Realization:
Collaborate as a technical expert with the developer team.
Develop application modules and optimize the code.
Organize refactoring and code reviews.
Validate the development and unit tests.
Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance.

Deployment:
Validate the deployment and delivery of the solution.
Ensure the proper functioning of the application in different environments.

Quality:
Ensure the quality of developments related to corporate standards.
Apply and verify the methodological and technological standards.
Meet deadlines and adopt best practices for reducing technological debt.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the developer team.

Communication:
Communicate with the different stakeholders and provide regular feedback to the team leader.
Assist the team leader in the qualification and evaluation of work packages.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead.
Mastery of the technologies mentioned.
Project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in hybrid mode with a minimum of 50% on-site presence.
