Senior Scrum Master

Location: Brussels
Mission duration: 1 year, renewable

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate the Scrum and Kanban processes.
Implement SAFe methodologies.
Act as a change agent to drive the Agile transformation.
Use JIRA for project management.
Collaborate using tools such as Miro.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Mastery of Kanban, Scrum and SAFe.
Proven facilitation skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Experience as an agent of change.
Mastery of JIRA and collaboration tools like Miro.
Working knowledge of Agile methods.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

Scrum Master Certification.
