Role Description:

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager with expertise in IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT production initiatives, supporting business initiative owners, and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and scope. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing stakeholder relationships, organizing necessary ceremonies, and facilitating communication and information flow. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving impediments and protecting the team from unexpected workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives.
• Support business Initiative Owners in project delivery and conflict management.
• Monitor and control project progress and feature delivery.
• Ensure initiatives deliver expected results.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and organize project ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve impediments at various project levels.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT suppliers to deliver optimal solutions.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional experience of at least 10 years.

Technical Experience:

• Ability to understand complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
• Preferable experience with infrastructure migration projects.

Business Experience:

• Preferable experience in the banking sector.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Languages:

• Fluent in French or Dutch.
• Good proficiency in English.
