Digitalization Consultant – OSI PI

Location: Waals-Brabant (3 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize User Requirements (URS) in collaboration with production and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams (Azure / IT).
• Work on specific OSIsoft PI use cases, such as dashboards (e.g., CIP / SIP cycles), real-time process monitoring, alarm reports, and automatic report generation.
• Perform Performance Qualification (PQ) of solutions developed by technical teams.
• Participate in validation lifecycle activities (URS, PQ, basic understanding of IQ/OQ).
• Organize and participate in workshops with production teams.
• Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders in a GxP environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated / GxP environment.
• Solid understanding of validation lifecycle (URS, PQ, basic IQ/OQ knowledge).
• Experience or strong exposure to OSIsoft PI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (production, IT, validation, technical teams).

Desired Skills:

• Experience in biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical production.
• Techno-functional or Business Analyst background.
• Experience working with Azure-based solutions.
• Experience with dashboards and industrial data visualization.

Language Proficiency:

• Must be fluent in French and English.
