For a long-term digital transformation project  we are looking for a Medior Java Developer. The project focuses on the complete redevelopment of an existing application using modern technologies. The platform centralises complex administrative data and supports international information exchange within a European framework.

You will join a multidisciplinary team working according to Agile/Scrum principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities on both frontend and backend

• Modernise and redevelop existing applications

• Perform testing and write technical documentation

• Work based on functional analysis documents, JIRA tickets and architectural guidelines

• Collaborate closely with analysts, architects and fellow developers

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

• Medior-level experience as a Java Developer

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Java 11+

  • Angular 14+

  • JPA / Hibernate

  • REST (OpenAPI)

  • Test Driven Development

• Good understanding of Dutch is required; professional knowledge of French and English

Practical information

• Hybrid setup: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

• Minimum 1 day per week onsite
