For a temporary replacement, we are looking for a Business Digital Expert who will contribute to an excellent digital customer experience. You will play a key role in optimising digital customer channels such as websites and mobile applications.
You act as the bridge between business needs, customer expectations and digital solutions.
Analyse customer feedback, customer questions and performance data
Translate insights into concrete improvements for digital platforms
Support and lead optimisation and improvement initiatives
Represent the digital customer in (digital transformation) projects
Report regularly to management and key stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for colleagues regarding digital platforms and customer experience
Higher education degree and several years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Communicative, stakeholder-oriented and confidently assertive
Experience with complex digital ecosystems
Resilient, responsible and results-driven
Strong interest in digital optimisation and customer experience
Temporary assignment (3–4 months)
