Business Digital Expert

For a temporary replacement, we are looking for a Business Digital Expert who will contribute to an excellent digital customer experience. You will play a key role in optimising digital customer channels such as websites and mobile applications.

You act as the bridge between business needs, customer expectations and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer feedback, customer questions and performance data

  • Translate insights into concrete improvements for digital platforms

  • Support and lead optimisation and improvement initiatives

  • Represent the digital customer in (digital transformation) projects

  • Report regularly to management and key stakeholders

  • Act as the main point of contact for colleagues regarding digital platforms and customer experience

Profile

  • Higher education degree and several years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Communicative, stakeholder-oriented and confidently assertive

  • Experience with complex digital ecosystems

  • Resilient, responsible and results-driven

  • Strong interest in digital optimisation and customer experience

Practical information

  • Temporary assignment (3–4 months)

  • Immediate or short-term start possible
