Part-time Consultant DevOps and Atlassian Support.

For a client we are seeking a part-time consultant with experience in DevOps and Atlassian support/management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd, in an Atlassian Data Center environment.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other team members to implement agreed technical and architectural decisions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and availability across the Atlassian stack.
• Plan, prepare, and perform platform upgrades and updates to maintain security, stability, and compliance.
• Maintain CI/CD tools (Bitbucket and Bamboo) and provide support and guidance for end users.
• Contribute to Atlassian license management, including usage monitoring and renewal preparation.
• Support optimization of Atlassian tools by improving project structures, workflows, permissions, spaces, and integrations.
• Apply agreed best practices to improve usability, consistency, and governance.
• Act in a transversal role across DevOps and platform teams to support a solid and coherent Atlassian setup.
• Ensure alignment with infrastructure, CI/CD, and security practices.
• Support initiatives such as migrations to Atlassian SaaS and GitHub.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in DevOps and Atlassian support/management.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian tools and their integration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing Atlassian licenses.
• Familiarity with platform upgrades and updates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English.
