Program Manager AI (Marketing)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager AI for Marketing to lead and accelerate the AI transformation within the Tribe. The successful candidate will manage a growing portfolio of AI initiatives that enhance marketing processes, content production, personalization, and campaign efficiency. This pioneering role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, taking initiative, and working across multiple stakeholders while also engaging deeply with content.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the AI for Marketing program, including governance, planning, prioritization, and reporting.
- Monitor progress, assess output quality, and identify risks and dependencies for all AI initiatives.
- Deeply understand internal marketing and content workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Manage and evolve the program roadmap by assessing new AI ideas, prioritizing them, and keeping the roadmap continuously updated.
- Translate project insights into concrete recommendations for organization, processes, technology, and teams.
- Create clear executive-level presentations that support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, data, tech) and external agencies and partners.
- Provide hands-on support on specific AI tracks (e.g., content automation, personalization, generative content) when needed.
- Keep a close eye on market trends in AI and translate them into opportunities for the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, digital transformation, or digital marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels (operational to executive).
- Experience with marketing processes, agencies, or marketing technology.
- Comfortable working in a role with evolving scope; able to deal with change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling executive-readable slides.
- Proactive, independent, and strong sense of ownership.
- Strong affinity with business process management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Program management in a digital transformation context.
- Business process management (analyzing, optimizing, contextualizing processes).
- Ability to translate strategic decisions from senior leadership into actionable guidance for operational teams and vice versa.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Conceptual knowledge of common marketing & AI tooling.
- Executive storytelling and slide creation.
- Affinity with data and performance optimization.
- Experience with AI applications in marketing or content workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with specific marketing & AI tooling such as Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Bloomreach), Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare), and Advertising Platforms (DV360).
