Application Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget, and with the necessary quality.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring project objectives are met according to scope.
• Create transparency for all stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Handle capacity planning to ensure availability and focus across project team members.
• Ensure project deliverables are available, observing scope, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Monitor and manage all project-related risks.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise rules and standards, including compliance and operational risk.
• Maintain project documentation and publish regular progress reports.
• Participate in project steering committees and ensure effective communication between business and stakeholders.
• If necessary, design and coordinate change management plans and test plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong IT background with practical experience in projects involving Salesforce.
• Expertise in MS Office and light automations.
• Experience with Agile accelerator module of Salesforce.
• Solid experience in project management methods, including Waterfall (Prince2) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven facilitation skills and experience orchestrating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with external service providers.
• Relevant experience in banking regulatory aspects is preferred.

Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking.
