Functional Analyst HR - SAP HCM

Responsibilities:
- Capture and formalize business needs into a list of requirements, establishing links between them and other initiatives.
- Write sequence diagrams in UML based on BPMN diagrams provided by the business.
- Lead workshops with various stakeholders, including business representatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications [SFD].
- Contribute to solution studies and draft ad hoc documentation.
- Build validated solutions in the development system.
- Ensure testing activities under your responsibility.
- Participate in migration activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to formalize a functional analysis in various UML diagrams.
- Ability to interpret and understand BPMN diagrams.
- English proficiency at B1 level.
- French proficiency at C2 level on the CEFR scale.
- Expertise in Payroll on SAP HCM ECC6 with 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in SAP Payroll migration projects.
- Proven experience in testing methodology and techniques (integration and functional).
- Proven experience as a functional analyst with 5 years of experience.
- Experience with testing management tools (HPQC or equivalent).
- Experience with modeling tools (Sparx EA or equivalent).
- Proven experience with SAP tools/technologies: IDOC Enhancements, Exit, Debug, BADI, FIORI.
- Experience related to Commission Paritaire 326 (Gas and Electricity Industry).
- Experience in CARVE-OUT projects.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
