Product Owner

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days on-site per week)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a squad of 15 people, including analysts, developers, and testers.
• Ensure efficient and effective contribution of resources to deliver business value.
• Oversee agile ceremonies and manage scope, planning, and backlog to deliver business value predictably.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate delivery status, and gain acceptance of delivered value.
• Contribute to the provisioning mid to long-term product vision/roadmap and related capacity planning; maintain infrastructure ownership.
• Align delivery planning and manage dependencies with other Product Owners within the cluster, tribe, and involved squads.
• Ensure proper deployment according to the Change Management process.
• Organize and monitor support, incident, and problem management.
• Streamline communication with users and stakeholders throughout the entire cycle from inception to post go-live support.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance at all times.
• Deliver committed items on time and up to expectations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agile product owner role.
• Strong leadership and people skills; a servant leader capable of driving by sharing the vision and empowering people.
• Strong planning capabilities and a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Expertise in operations, including infrastructure maintenance, deployment process, support, and on-call processes, is a strong asset.
• Ability to gain perspective, establish a vision, and communicate it effectively with the team.
• Good facilitation and negotiation skills for constructive and productive discussions with users and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of IT concepts and ability to discuss with developers.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
