Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing IT projects and/or product teams, which involves launching and following up on projects, planning their implementation, and monitoring their scope, budget, and timing.
Managing issues and risks, drafting progress reports, and producing documentation.
Participating in an agile scrum team and its ceremonies, often taking on the role of scrum master.
Collaborating with the business to set priorities and content for sprints.
Coordinating with other IT teams to address planning constraints and achieve system synergies.
Challenging and validating business requirements and translating them into technical functional designs based on Microsoft technologies (.NET).
Managing a team of internal and/or external developers alongside the .NET technical manager.
Overseeing projects involving software that is purchased or developed externally, and validating strategies for tests and quality management.
Supporting end users (second line) and driving the incident management process.
Organizing and prioritizing the maintenance of developed solutions.

Proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English is required.
A university degree specializing in IT and/or electricity.
Several years of relevant experience as a business analyst or manager of IT projects based on Microsoft architecture (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server).
Ability to communicate effectively with developers on technical matters.
Mandatory experience in agile development and/or lean management.
Knowledge and experience in the electricity and/or energy sector is an asset.
Up-to-date with the latest IT developments.
Demonstrable experience in digitalization is an asset.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Customer-driven, good communicator, and a team player.
