Support Specialist (Dutch-speaking & fluent in English, basic French is sufficient)

Role Title: IT Installation Operator - End-user Devices

Start Date: February

End Date: End of February (for only 1 month)

Purpose of the Role:

Prepare and, where necessary, install end-user devices for users to utilize effectively. This includes Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-users receive devices ready for use according to agreed IT processes and standards.
• Provide a positive user experience when delivering devices from IT.
• Plan and organize the handout of IT devices to end-users and, if applicable, organize the return of previous devices.
• Report any findings impacting user experience, both positive and negative, to IT specialists.
• Request improvements regarding end-user experience by aligning with IT specialists.

Skills & Competencies:

• Capability to organize the handout and return process end-to-end, ensuring a top experience for the end-user.
• Work according to defined processes to keep ITSM tools updated regarding end-user devices.
• Good communication skills combined with a structured way of working.
• Ability to translate user needs to IT specialists to improve the end-user experience.

Purpose of the Role:

Ensure IT stock is well-organized, and equipment is registered in ITSM tooling. Support and largely manage daily operations regarding device lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT stock levels and request new equipment before stock depletion.
• Organize IT stock and warehouses in a structured and proper manner.
• Ensure equipment statuses are up-to-date in ITSM tooling.
• Dispose of/recycle old hardware according to agreed procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Clear communication skills regarding the organization and maintenance of IT stock and warehouses.
• Play a key role in informing and guiding colleagues on maintaining organized stock and warehouses.
• Ability to work consistently according to agreed IT stock and warehouse processes.
• Capable of motivating colleagues positively to ensure standards and processes are met.
• Adjust IT stock and warehouse setup as needed when equipment changes occur.

• Ability to work in a structured way according to a pre-defined process.
