Product Manager CVP 

Start Date: March 2026

End Date: September 2026

Work Regime: 4/5, 2 days per week on-site

Languages: English and Dutch or French

Role Overview:

The Product Manager CVP will ensure that the product and pricing portfolio remains competitive, relevant, and strategically positioned for future growth. The consultant will define product and CVP recommendations, driving both short-term optimizations and long-term strategic initiatives across mobile, TV, entertainment, and SOHO product areas. This role combines analysis, strategy, business casing, and stakeholder alignment, translating insights into compelling recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiatives & Portfolio Management:
    • Maintain and optimize the product portfolio to ensure market relevance and regulatory alignment.
    • Define customer value propositions and translate them into clear product features.
    • Build strategic scenarios and roadmaps supporting future growth across mobile, TV, and fixed.
  • Market, Customer & Commercial Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, pricing, and acquisition/retention performance.
    • Evaluate product ideas on desirability, feasibility, and profitability using research and business casing.
    • Turn insights into concise recommendations for decision-making.
  • Storytelling & Stakeholder Alignment:
    • Create compelling storylines and presentations to secure buy-in from stakeholders and management.
    • Collaborate closely with the CVP Manager, Product Manager Fix/Mobile, Product Owner, and other key teams.
  • Delivery & Execution:
    • Independently manage end-to-end projects within a matrix organization.
    • Onboard quickly and ensure seamless continuation of ongoing work.
    • Combine analytical depth with hands-on execution to drive concrete outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: No specific degree required; relevant experience is more important. A Bachelor or Master in a relevant domain is considered a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably at a strategic level. Experience within the telecom industry is a strong advantage.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong business and commercial acumen: business cases, strategic assessments.
    • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management: performance tracking, maintenance, prioritization.
    • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
    • Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
    • Strong stakeholder management capabilities in complex, cross-functional environments.
    • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-changing context.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Approximately 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
  • Creative, proactive, flexible, positive mindset
  • Ability to quickly onboard and deliver with limited guidance
  • Comfortable operating both high-level and hands-on

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in large or complex matrix organizations
  • Knowledge of telecom trends
  • Familiarity with TV/entertainment product ecosystems and premium streaming services
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of both Dutch and French
