Data Analyst (FRA/ENG MUST)

For a client in Waals-Brabant, we are seeking a Data Analyst.

Role Objectives:

The Data Analyst will support the Performance & Resources Management team to:

• Structure, secure, and leverage existing data.
• Evolve existing KPIs where needed and identify missing, yet relevant, robust, and actionable KPIs.
• Implement advanced and predictive analytics tools.
• Identify the root causes of performance gaps.
• Automate low value-added processes.
• Reinforce the discipline of keeping systems up to date.
• Help management anticipate needs and risks to avoid project, financial, or capacity drifts.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of SAP (Finance – CAPEX / OPEX).
• Very good knowledge of Planisware (project and resource management).
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, data storytelling).
• Strong data analysis skills (structuring, cleansing, causal analysis).
• Proficiency in Python and/or no-code / low-code tools for automation.
• Ability to work with large multi-source datasets.
• Interest and understanding of AI approaches applied to operational data.

Business Skills:

• Good understanding of Engineering / Facilities environments.
• Strong project finance background.
• Awareness of Quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Understanding of complex, matrix project organizations and processes.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in both French and English is a must.
