Mission Context:

As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data is available and secure for various business and functional uses, including campaigns, reports, analyses, and applications. You will work within the CRM domain, where accurate data is vital for successful marketing campaigns and meaningful customer interactions. You will be part of the CRM Data & Campaign Solutions squad, responsible for managing and evolving a data warehouse for CRM, analytics, and BI, as well as a campaign orchestration tool.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and translate business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Design data flows, models, and stores, and define integration rules.
• Prototype solutions for business validation.
• Develop logical and physical data models and industrialize data store feeding and deliveries.
• Streamline data pipelines for enterprise-wide usage.
• Collect and translate business requirements for Adobe developer.
• Monitor and improve data loading in Adobe Campaign.
• Analyze and enhance campaign workflows.
• Support business in campaign launch processes.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good
• French: Good
• English: Fluent

Education:

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering. Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial analytics knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Proficiency in SQL programming.
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., PowerDesigner).
• Familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., BO, SAS, Tableau).
• Requirements management and functional analysis skills.
• Knowledge of data, security, and IT architecture concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is preferable.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile Central).
