Automation Test Engineer

Role Description:

Join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality applications in a rapidly evolving IT landscape. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product and code quality through test automation, contributing to innovations that benefit millions of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end quality from the first line of code to final deployment.
• Design and shape test plans, defining scope and priorities.
• Automate testing processes using Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
• Analyze test results and drive decisions based on data.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize automation efforts.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and troubleshoot scripts and applications across various environments.
• Maintain and document test automation frameworks and processes.
• Stay updated with industry standards in software testing (ISTQB).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium-Java and BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with Scrum.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Language Requirements:

Proficient in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Perfecto and API Automation is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with new colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
