On-site: 2 days a week
Support program and project managers in coordination and communication.
Monitoring methodology and governance.
Preparation and follow-up of steering committees.
Consolidation for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Roadmap management and risk and issue follow-up.
Tracking and challenging of milestones.
Resource and cost tracking.
Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO and / or project management.
Strong knowledge of PMO and project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI.
Experience with project / program tools such as Sciforma, MS Project.
Experience in stakeholder management and good basic financial knowledge (budgets, resource planning).
Dutch and / or French, with very good knowledge of English.
