Senior Data Analyst 

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in:

• End-to-end dashboard development, including data collection, transformation, modeling, and visualization in Power BI.
• Developing and maintaining Python scripts for data processing, simulation, and optimization.
• Building scalable and business-ready data models.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Delivering actionable insights on locker usage, profitability, and operational performance.
• Supporting management with KPI reporting (financial and operational).
• Contributing to data quality governance and KPI alignment.
• Supporting the transition from manual Excel-based processes to automated data solutions.
• Capacity forecasting and optimization based on historical data and peak trends.

Required Profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling principles.
• Experience with data quality management and governance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience or strong affinity with capacity planning / demand forecasting.
• Experience in low-maturity data environments is a plus.
• Excellent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
