Scrum Master

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Long term
Location: Brussels, 2 days a week onsite, 3 days remote 

Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master with a focus on guiding the team and facilitating Scrum events.
Initially mainly 100% Scrum Master tasks, with the possibility to spend 30% of the time on analysis later.
Working in a complex environment and contributing to the optimization of processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, medior level is acceptable if the right experience is present.
Experience working in a complex environment.
Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch and / or French is a plus.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
