Role Overview:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely end-to-end build-up and mass roll-out of FTTH according to predetermined milestones. Your focus will be on designing and implementing processes and understanding their impact on IT. Strong project management skills will be beneficial in executing this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and operational partners. Develop strategies that align with stakeholder needs and navigate various collaboration solutions, including subcontracting and long-term partnerships.

• Service Delivery Oversight: Proactively monitor service deliveries, analyze and adjust processes in alignment with SLAs and budgetary constraints. Process and shape data reporting to translate them into broader insights.
• Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Explore new ideas, test and learn, and adapt based on insights. Translate concepts into processes, instructions, and contracts, capturing feedback to improve total cost of ownership without compromising customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience is equally valued.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles with a strong track record of success.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work quickly and adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Leadership skills with the ability to provide proactive advice and feedback in service management meetings.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail while maintaining an overall view.
• Proven ability to transform businesses with solid notions of cost estimations and budgeting.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
