Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert, driving the analysis, design, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and data integrations.
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements.
- Design, configure, and optimize workflows for performance, efficiency, and error handling.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within Adobe, particularly for regulated communications.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, IT, and Adobe administrators.
- Take full ownership of Adobe-related projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Stay updated on Adobe updates, features, and industry trends.
Key Differentiators:
- Expertise in Adobe implementation with hands-on experience.
- Experience in regulated environments, particularly in compliance-driven communications.
- Ability to own Adobe projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Technical acumen, comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and integrations.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:
Master's or Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in testing and validation of campaign outputs.
