IT Functional Analyst

Role Description:

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will be part of an international, multi-functional squad responsible for the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and support of qualitative products, solutions, and services in Java technology. You will identify business requirements and map out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Your role will involve investigating costs and benefits, designing solutions in detail, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Work closely with architects to establish architecture and refine business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with asset teams to ensure a unified view towards the client and clear understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements for developers and test engineers.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure coherence between specifications and the developed solution.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
• Document solutions and assist in creating test scenarios.
• Provide support to operational entities and helpdesks post-deployment.
• Analyze production incidents and coordinate solutions.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Basic

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

Experience and Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Experience in building Swagger APIs.
• Experience in process analysis of requirements.
• Practical experience with Scrum in an Agile environment.
