Role Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team within Affluent & Private Banking. The successful candidate will support transversal projects and initiatives in the risk and compliance domains. The projects range from developing training programs focused on fiscal specificities of foreign clients to simplifying remote selling processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business analyst and project manager to establish governance and meeting structures.
• Apply methodologies to consolidate necessary information and create coherent training packages.
• Ensure co-creation and participation of all stakeholders in a consensus-driven action plan.
• Maintain close contact with actions organized by different stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience with project management methods, processes, and tools.
• Strong finance and risk mindset.

Language Proficiency:
