Role Description:
The Customer Interactions cluster is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to gather, analyze, prioritize, and coordinate high-quality customer requirements. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and the squad members (development and quality assurance) by co-creating optimal designs and solutions. This position initially covers a 9-month mission within the GTMO squad, responsible for delivering ordering solutions from product teams within the Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Activation value streams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and processes for large, complex, or high-risk projects, collaborating closely with customers and other divisions.
- Ensure non-functional requirements align with customer expectations.
- Validate proposed solutions to technical or business problems, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
- Build and maintain business process mapping in ARIS.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify and agree on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams in an agile environment, including 3 amigos meetings to co-create solutions.
- Facilitate demos to end-users and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in a changing, Agile environment, participating in squad life and Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6-9 years of experience in business analysis and project development.
- 2-5 years of experience in business process optimization.
- Required experience with SAP Workflow and SAP OTC.
- Pega Workflow experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Activation processes in the telecom industry.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Team player with experience in business process optimization.
- Experience with ARIS or other process modeling tools is required.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is required.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ARIS or process modeling tools.
- Experience in business process optimization (4-5 years).
- Experience in business analysis (minimum 6 years).
- Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation experience in the telecom industry (4-5 years).
