As a Functional Analyst within the ICT Staff Service, you participate in the digital transformation of the General Administration for Heritage Documentation (AAPD). You are part of a dedicated team that develops, optimizes and expands the case management platform. Your designs are used daily by citizens, notaries, companies and internal employees, which gives your work a direct social impact.
Analyze complex policy and operating needs and translate into technical designs.
Structure processes and information, and elaboration of process flows, data models, user stories and UML / BPMN diagrams.
Understanding the system landscape of SD-PatDoc and developing integrations between existing and new applications.
Supporting architectural decisions and substantiating technical choices with attention to performance, scalability, safety and governance principles.
Guiding development teams during implementation and understanding the functional and architectural context.
Monitor the quality of migrations to the new case platform and identify opportunities for optimization.
Drawing up operational documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Defining and guiding integration, regression and end-to-end testing in a complex chain environment.
Documenting complex logic, scenarios, conditions and edge cases.
Elaborate wireframes and validate with end users before development starts.
Take into account technical preconditions such as Kubernetes platforms, environmental separation, configuration management, secrets, logging and monitoring.
Collaborate with various teams within SD-PatDoc and take into account the broader organizational context of the AAPD.
