IT Business Analyst / Coordinator (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiatives with autonomy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape IT solutions across the organization.
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes across multiple business areas.
- Gather requirements by working with stakeholders to identify and document business and functional needs.
- Interpret data to support recommendations, decisions, and process improvements.
- Review current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Detect inconsistencies, gaps, or potential risks early in the analysis phase.
- Recommend IT solutions to address business needs in collaboration with IT teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and validate solutions.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of findings, decisions, and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet requirements and are delivered on time.
- Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
Experience & Expertise:
- 3–5 years as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Understanding of finance processes from an IT perspective, including workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.
- SAP experience.
- Trilingual (French/Dutch/English).
- Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Proficient in creating BPMN diagrams.

- Strong skills to communicate with business stakeholders, actively listening to their needs, asking the right questions, and interpreting their answers correctly.
