BI Insights Analytical Lead Position

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the existing Power BI dashboard integrated with PowerApps and SharePoint.
• Prepare custom data extracts, visuals, and reports for various stakeholders.
• Manage data flows, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement improvements across PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Interact with business stakeholders to explain data, gather requirements, and answer questions.
• Coordinate with developers for modifications to PowerApps forms or backend logic.
• Handle multiple requests, prioritize workload, and support monitoring-related analytical activities.
• Participate in change-management efforts and assist users in adopting new monitoring tools and processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, star schema, transformations, custom measures, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with data feeds from Excel, SharePoint, and other sources.
• Experience interacting with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Ability to take over an existing ecosystem midstream and work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple data requests in an organized and timely manner.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Experience in PowerApps.
• Audit or monitoring experience in any sector.
• Experience working with vendors or third-party monitoring providers.
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize or say no when needed.
• Experience collaborating with developers and leading without formal authority.
• Lean Six Sigma background.
