Data Architect Azure
Location: East Flanders
Work Schedule: 4 days per week on-site, 1 day per week remote
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to the Sales data-domain.
- Work according to Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Design and document robust solutions, aligning them within a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Implement solutions practically and effectively.
- Offer architecture leadership and support within the end-to-end lifecycle of managing data.
- Participate in development efforts and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform.
- Oversee data management processes and provide guidance to development teams, including design, documentation, maintenance, enhancements, and validation.
- Collaborate with business teams to build domain business knowledge and translate these into technical solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in one of the following development tracks: Analytics & BI development, data analysis, data engineering, platforms administration.
- Experience with Azure Cloud platform around data (Databricks, ADLS storage, SQL DB).
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python or Spark; experience with Angular, ADF, Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience in defining and owning end-to-end scalable Data Architecture, considering enterprise architecture and industry standards.
- Participation in the development of architectures, strategies, and policies around data, including data governance, master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data security.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining logical and physical data models.
- Ability to work closely with multiple internal teams, including compliance, privacy, risk, information security, support, and operations.
