Mission Context:
The team is instrumental in transforming data flows between sources and visualization layers, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights. The role involves collaboration with the Data Hub tribe and contribution to the Sales Data Insight squad, driving data-driven decision-making for sales optimization. Experience in data transformation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team and Product Owner by coaching in self-organization and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Drive the squad's continuous improvement and remove obstacles to maintain focus on objectives.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a safe and trustworthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information sharing.
- Protect the team from unexpected work influx.
- As a Delivery Owner, establish and follow up on the delivery plan for features.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during feature delivery.
- Organize Scrum-of-Scrums to align concerned squads and tribes.
- Report on delivery progress during the Delivery Board.
- Maintain alignment with other feature or Opus roles.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (mandatory for cross-tribe collaboration).
- Proficiency in at least one national language (French or Dutch) with passive understanding of the second.
Education:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience.
Agile Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a pragmatic approach.
- Experience in Scrum-of-Scrums and scaling Agile in complex environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Knowledge of data pipelines/ETL processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kanban for managing run-and-maintain activities.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT/data-driven environments.
- Proven ability to reduce technical debt and optimize workflows.
- Experience in stakeholder management and translating business goals into Agile plans.
- Hands-on involvement in feature delivery with a focus on end-to-end ownership.
