Your Profile:

  • More than 8 years of experience in communications; experience in internal communications is a strong asset.
  • More than 5 years of experience in project management; experience with intranet projects is a plus.
  • A hands-on mindset combined with strong strategic insight and stakeholder management capabilities.

Job Description:

Project Management (60% FTE):

  • Oversee the development of a new group intranet in collaboration with the Internal Communications Manager.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, from the conceptual phase to implementation.
  • Ensure the intranet is user-friendly and future-proof, based on the vision document.

Additional Objectives:

  • Strengthen Internal Communications as a high-performing, aligned, and learning-oriented team.
  • Demonstrate IC ambassadorship and alignment with key decisions.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative spirit and share best practices to improve communication quality and impact.
  • Contribute to the future readiness of the IC function by promoting AI adoption, strengthening IC capabilities, supporting innovation, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Internal Communications (40% FTE):

  • Act as a communication partner for an assigned division, aligning priorities with corporate objectives and driving impactful communication initiatives.
  • Design and execute an annual communication plan.
  • Ensure a tailored internal communications approach for projects within a division and across the organization.
  • Deliver ad hoc communications that enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

Additional Objectives:

  • Drive internal communication priorities that support the organization's transformation, organizational model, and employee experience.
  • Bring strategy to life through consistent storytelling, visuals, and dialogue, ensuring every colleague understands their role in the shared direction.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, meaningful narratives that guide decision-making and behaviors across the organization.

  • Communicate the evolving strategy to all colleagues.
