Mission Context:
As a Project/Delivery Manager, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. You will oversee projects separate from day-to-day business activities, requiring collaboration among a group of people to achieve specific goals. Your role will involve ensuring the desired results are achieved, utilizing resources efficiently, and satisfying the various interests involved.
Function Description:
Operating within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, you will report to your IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment where delivery, security, and smooth collaboration are crucial. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and overseeing deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in alignment with IT Tribe leads.
- Ensuring commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identifying and removing impediments blocking project progress.
- Ensuring deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
- Collaborating with various teams and ensuring effective communication and reporting.
- Communicating daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
- Producing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
- Preparing and presenting progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch is a plus
- French: Fluent

Education:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Agile Project Management certification is preferred.
- PMI/PMP knowledge is advantageous.
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.
- Experience in the finance/banking sector is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
- Good knowledge of IT governance, systems, infrastructures, and main frameworks.
- Experience with finance/banking back-end systems and document management solutions is preferable.
Business Experience:
- Experience in the finance/banking sector is preferable.
