Locatie: Brussel (tegenover het Zuidstation)
Werkregime: 2d on site/week, 3d telewerk
Taal: NL
Start: asap tot 31/12/2026 met mogelijkheid tot verlenging

Not only do we expect from the applicant that he demonstrates high level of technical skills (cf. IT skills list) but a proven experience in coaching and supervising developers of the team at the technical level: technical design & mentoring, code reviews, ...

This following skills are also required:
- Able to function in an independent way, but in line with team objectives
- Self-starter
- Excellent communicator: Ability to simplify at a conceptual level without ignoring the underlying technical complexity, to communicate in a clear and informative manner at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch. Good in English/French
- Drive for results: Makes things happen, is proactive, balances "analysis" with "doing", sets high standards for self and demonstrates a 'Can-Do' /'Will-Do' attitude
- Client-focused: Understands the business and IT side of requirements and problems and responds effectively to them.

- Eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new knowledge quickly

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking person, and, able to apply best practices and use their experience to ensure proper project delivery.

Experience
This person should have at least 7 years' experience in Java development. Have knowledge and understanding of a Service Oriented Architecture and have knowledge of the following:
