Role Description:

As a Marketing Expert, you will initiate, coordinate, validate, and evaluate marketing and communication activities. In alignment with the global strategy and the marketing and communication strategy, you will develop initiatives and campaigns based on the ideal marketing mix (own channels, earned channels, and paid media) to contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and the sales objectives of your segment/domain. You will ensure that high-quality, engaging, and relevant messages reach the intended audience at the right time through the right channels. You will consistently represent the brand in all communications and contribute to lead generation and digital sales stimulation through user-friendly digital sales journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all communications.
  • Generate leads and stimulate digital sales.
  • Consult market studies to optimize customer service through campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from other departments.
  • Manage projects with a focus on organization, detail, flexibility, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions.
  • Critically assess requests and propose appropriate solutions to achieve desired results.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, or Marketing.

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and the marketing mix.
  • Experience in digital marketing and staying updated with trends.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Adobe Automation is an advantage.
