Mission Context:

The role is part of the Transformation Office, focusing on Project Portfolio Management. The mission is to enable the Executive Committee to steer the transformation in alignment with strategic ambitions in a continuous, holistic, balanced, and transparent manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the Portfolio Management technical framework, including data sourcing, storage, workflow, exploration, and reporting facilities.
  • Support regular prioritization of the CTB portfolio and track the impact of operational delivery.
  • Connect executive intent and desired outcomes with operational delivery.
  • Secure strategic objectives and minimize risks related to regulatory, security, and fraud management.
  • Eliminate waste through dynamic reprioritization and arbitration in collaboration with the Portfolio Management team and key stakeholders.

  • Head of Transformation Office

  • Constructs in charge of portfolio execution
  • Beneficiaries (Segments & Functions)
  • Finance
  • IT and Data partners

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Proficient in speaking or solid understanding when French is proficient

  • French: Proficient in speaking or solid understanding when Dutch is proficient
  • English: Fluent

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Management and/or Technical Certification
  • Database & project management certification preferred

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience in data management, Datawarehouse/BI solutions design & implementation
  • Experience in managing large programs
  • Autonomy in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding of Microsoft automation capabilities (copilot/power/BI) is a plus

Business Experience:

  • Broad knowledge of the banking/financial services sector

  • Strategic thinking and ability to see the overall picture

  • Seniority to work at Exco N-1 & senior management level
  • Team spirit and collaborative working style
