Role Overview:

The Human Resources team is integral to enhancing company performance and fostering employee development. The Talent Management department is dedicated to supporting employees throughout their careers, focusing on attraction, recruitment, training, professional development, and internal mobility.

Position: Talent Acquisition Officer

Mission:

In response to significant growth in IT activities, you will play a crucial role in strengthening development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and recruit top IT talent. Acting as a business partner, you will understand the needs of technical teams and propose effective recruitment solutions. You will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and promoting the company's image within the IT community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT recruitments to enhance the development teams.
  • Develop and structure direct sourcing strategies to identify and attract IT talent in a competitive market.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with partner agencies, ensuring efficient follow-up and optimizing collaboration.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive market engagement.
  • Identify and implement quick wins in recruitment processes to improve efficiency and speed.
  • Promote the employer brand among IT talent.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, balancing profile quality and execution speed.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, IT managers, and Talent Acquisition Officers based in Belgium and abroad.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience, aligned with quality standards.

Profile:

  • Master's degree in HR or a bachelor's degree with significant recruitment experience.
  • Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in IT recruitment.
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Pragmatic approach, combining quality with operational efficiency.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with business teams.
  • Fluent in English, with native proficiency in French or Dutch.
