About The Role

Are you a Senior Test Engineer who strives to constantly improve processes? Do you thrive in an autonomous cross-functional team? We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Test Engineer to join us to boost our software development, integration tests, and accelerate our delivery cycles to production. You will be working alongside a dynamic team that is fully responsible for interfaces integration for our Alliance Cloud team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assess groomed stories and define, review, and communicate required test scenarios during squad ceremonies.
• Lead and perform qualification of stories, ensuring agreed acceptance criteria are met and that delivered features meet quality standards.
• Proactively highlight risks, unclear requirements, or potential quality gaps.
• Align with the testing cluster to execute regression testing related to the regular release and product level initiative.
• Participate in change planning and risk mitigation activities.
• Suggest improvements to increase testing efficiency, quality, and operational robustness.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less senior testers.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Software testing: functional, non-functional, regression, acceptance, system integration (SI), end-to-end (E2E), release qualification, post-deployment testing.
• Cloud & containers: Red Hat OpenShift, multi-environment testing.
• Test management: Jira, Jira Xray, test planning, defect management.
• Test data management: test data design, generation, versioning.
• Infrastructure & systems: Linux (Red Hat), Windows/UNIX shell, networking basics, XML, Oracle DB.

Good to Have:

• Advanced testing: exploratory, chaos, resilience, scalability, stress, endurance, SCE, usability testing.
• API & messaging: REST API testing, SoapUI, A2A/U2A, FIN/InterAct/FileAct.
• Advanced DevOps: Infrastructure automation, observability (ElasticSearch, Kibana, OASIS).
• Compliance: ISAE 3000 testing, audit grade evidence handling.
• Engineering practices: peer code reviews, cross squad automation coordination, Agile testing practices.
• Others: Java, JUnit, Git, Maven/Ant, Docker, Kubernetes, Security testing tools: Coverity, Burp Suite, Nexus IQ.
• Performance testing: performance and load testing, benchmarking (i.e., Jmeter).
• Test automation: automated regression, CI/CD integrated automation.
• Tools & languages: Robot Framework, Java, Python, JUnit.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins/CloudBees, DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and running distributed systems.
