Management and governance:
Maintain and evolve the methodology, models and guides.
Answer methodological questions and provide support to project managers.
Prepare the PMB (collection of information, structuring, agenda and synthesis).
Keep the decision journal up to date, formalize and disseminate decisions.
Consolidate the project portfolio and basic reporting via the tool (budget, planning, etc.).
Ensure cross-functional follow-ups and data consistency in the PPM tool.
Proofreading and quality control of initiation and planning files.
Perform the closing quality control and ensure the portfolio update.
Standard projects:
Support for project managers to structure the expected deliverables.
Verification of the update of management tools at project level.
Participation in steering committees (if required and upon request).
Preparation of summaries for general management, executive points and direct reporting.
Critical analysis of the information reported by the project managers.
Active participation in steering committees (monitoring of risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, budget and quality).
Follow-up of critical actions and follow-ups with the general management.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Project management and governance skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
