Mission:

The Lead Digital Workplace Consultant will oversee the service activities necessary to deliver the Digital Workplace Service to the staff. This role involves coordinating internal teams within IT Nuclear, strategic partners, and subcontractors. The consultant will manage the IT demand process, address non-standard requests, and resolve business complaints. Additionally, they will develop programs and procedures to enhance the performance of the Digital Workplace service.

Digital Workplace Service Includes:

• Approximately 3,000 workplaces: laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.
• Approximately 3,000 end users
• Print services
• Mobile telephony
• Mail, Teams, etc.
• Home & Shared Drives
• Helpdesk and proximity services

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-user satisfaction exceeds 80%
• Coordinate delivery teams internally and with strategic partners and subcontractors
• Monitor the quality, volume, and cost of the Digital Workplace Service
• Train the community to apply the Digital Workplace Catalogue effectively
• Ensure compliance with all policies
• Review and resolve escalations
• Develop and execute programs to improve service performance
• Manage end-user adoption and communication
• Act as Project Manager for smaller Digital Workplace projects
• Report on Digital Workplace services to steering committees

Requirements:

• Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch
• BE NSA Security Clearance level SECRET (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, preferably in Utilities/Energy/Nuclear sectors
• Extensive experience with end-user adoption programs and effective communication
