Mission Context:

The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. This role involves overseeing projects that are separate from day-to-day business activities, requiring collaboration among a group of people to achieve specific goals. The Project Manager will ensure the desired results are achieved using the most efficient resources while satisfying the various interests involved.

Function Description:

Working within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, you will report to your IT Tribe Lead in a demanding financial environment where service quality, regulatory compliance, and information systems security are top priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring successful deliveries and aligning teams with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Product Delivery Management Procedure within the Tribe (3 squads).
• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in collaboration with IT Tribe leads.
• Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads, and technical teams.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Manage the full application lifecycle with security, compliance, and resilience while optimizing integration, licensing, and costs in line with enterprise IT standards.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: At least one of the national languages
• French: At least one of the national languages
• English: Fluent

Education:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration

Certifications:

• PMP
• CSPO certification (is a plus)

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
• Experience with project steering committees (executive stakeholders) preferable.
• Experience with infrastructure migrations projects.

Business Experience:

• Experience in regulated sectors preferable.
• RFP process.
