Project Manager (IT) - CLOUD Migration Expert

Description:

As the local technical project manager, you will pilot the successful delivery of activities under the responsibility of local teams contributing to the 'Move To Cloud 2026–2028' program. You will represent local teams in front of central teams, including EMEA SSC Cloud Horizon program, Cardif CLOUD-DevOps Center of Expertise (CoE), and Group central IT function. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating the execution of tasks/activities part of the local scope of the CLOUD migration, including infrastructure, platforms, Group DevSecOps toolchain adoption, automation, and securitization.

Function Description:

1. Project Piloting:
   • Define the migration roadmap in collaboration with the Cloud Horizon program team & the Cloud DevOps CoE.
   • Construct and pilot detailed planning of migrations to be achieved autonomously and with CoE CLOUD migration factory support.
   • Coordinate and follow-up activities of local technical teams.
   • Budget and resource consumption follow-up.
   • Identify and manage risks.
   • Ensure reporting to Management and stakeholders.
2. Governance & Security:
   • Ensure alignment and implementation of CLOUD best practices (FinOps, DevSecOps, SecOps).
   • Supervise issues related to CLOUD access for local teams.
   • Ensure project compliance with Project Governance and Security policies.
3. Coordination & Communication:
   • Interact with the Cloud Horizon Program and Cloud DevOps CoE.
   • Liaise with CLOUD providers and integration partners.
   • Prepare and lead Project and Steering Committees.
   • Support local teams in transformation.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Not mandatory

• English: Mandatory, sound knowledge, B2 level minimum

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical complex international projects such as corporate CLOUD migration programs.
• Technical experience mandatory:
  • Good knowledge of CLOUD strategy definition and operational implementation.
  • General technical knowledge: CI/CD toolchain, JAVA, Spring, IaaS/PaaS, RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ESB, ETL, document management systems, API management.
  • Project Management (V-Cycle, Agile, hybrid, Scrum, KANBAN).
  • Risk Management.
  • Good knowledge of IT security (ISO27001, NIST).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to different audiences.
