Description:
We are looking for an experienced Initiative Owner to lead and enhance the secured written customer interactions initiative. The initiative aims to provide a secure solution for exchanging messages containing confidential data with clients or third parties, replacing current written channels and offering asynchronous chat solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Take autonomous ownership of the initiative according to Agile practices.
- Understand, clarify, and formalize the scope of the initiative, ensuring stakeholder needs are covered.
- Define strategy and market vision, elaborate on value, and determine initiative KPIs.
- Identify and document required Opuses, prioritize them, and propose a validated delivery roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, contributors, and the Product Owner.
- Manage and support PO/OO during ideation and refinement of Opuses.
- Align with group instances and guidelines to bridge with the strategy.
- Monitor and report on progress, delivery, risks, dependencies, and initiative KPIs.
- Document and initiate budget requests, monitor budget use.
- Ensure transparent communication with middle and senior management.

Education:
- Master Certification
- Mandatory: Program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g., AGILE, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR).

Required Experience/Knowledge:
- 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in managing programs and projects.
- Technical and functional understanding for interactions with architects, developers, and experts.
- Experience in program/project management, solid analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with augmented messaging solutions, AI, and digital solutions.
