Business Analyst 

Start Date: 1 May 2026

End Date: 31 December 2026, with possible extension

Work Regime: Full-time, 40 hours a week

Location: Brussels, 2 days onsite required

Mission Description:

Join a project focused on enhancing the energy infrastructure. Collaborate with a diverse team to contribute to a sustainable, green, and reliable energy landscape. This role involves working on the "Enhanced Grid Development Capability" project, which aims to implement a new solution for managing grid needs and replacing current tools.

Service Description:

• Assure business analysis activities within the internal business project.

• Implement a new solution for managing grid needs towards Long Term Grid Studies and Grid Projects.
• Edit business requirements for the new solution and interfaces with SAP and IBM Saga.
• Control and validate functional design realized by IT partners.
• Conduct requirements testing and prepare User Acceptance Tests.
• Document business processes, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support data migration efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Experience in solution testing.
• Knowledge of IREB; certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of BPMN.
• Experience with SAP, Copperleaf C55, or IBM Saga is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, team player, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch & English.
