Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager Employee Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Employee Benefits (EB) strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying the needs of customers, distribution partners, and employees regarding employee benefits, and translating these insights into digital developments and applications that support the EB strategy. You will drive the digitalization and innovation of the employee benefits offering, transforming opportunities and challenges into concrete ideas and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and translate customer, partner, and employee needs into digital solutions.
- Drive digitalization and innovation in employee benefits offerings.
- Develop and prioritize digitalization scenarios in the backlog.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders using agile methodologies.
- Work with various business domains and IT to advance the Employee Benefits strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading innovative projects, customer journey redesign, and/or digitalization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial services, particularly the insurance industry.
- Ability to empathize with employee needs and translate them into strategic proposals.
- Autonomous working style with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to see the big picture and work towards a long-term vision while delivering short-term results.
