Responsibilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and transform Tech workforce and people data from multiple sources and stakeholders.
- Actively retrieve data from managers, team leads, and HR stakeholders by designing and distributing structured Excel templates.
- Build, maintain, and improve workforce dashboards and reports.
- Understand the data, validate it with stakeholders, and translate it into actionable workforce insights.
- Perform extensive Excel-based analysis and reporting, including complex consolidations, scenario calculations, and data quality checks.
- Support recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting (headcount, capacity, externals, skills, composition, performance).
- Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support Tech Workforce steering, planning discussions, and performance reviews with reliable data and clear interpretation.
Key Activities:
- Design Excel templates and data collection tools to gather information from stakeholders.
- Consolidate inputs from different sources into structured datasets.
- Transform workforce data into consistent KPI views and reporting formats.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI and retrieve data from Qlik Sense.
- Produce clear analytical summaries and reports for Tech leadership.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across analyses and reports.
Required Skills:
- Very strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Qlik Sense.
- Solid understanding of workforce/people data.
- Proven ability to translate raw data into insights, not only visuals.
- Experience actively collecting data from stakeholders and following up to ensure completeness and quality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Good knowledge of SAP HR/SAP HCM or similar HR information systems.
- Experience within Technology/IT organizations.
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
Experience Level: Medior (3 - 8 years experience)
